DOUBLE WOW!!! What a great poem. Having grown up on a lake in Maine and been near water for years...except for my years in New Mexico now, I SO relate to this poem. I have a love affair with water, in it, on it, by it, around it. WATER! I have 1000s and 1000s of photos of water and it's many moods and light, current and reflective characteristics that I often feel I AM water. Well...we ALL are 90 something percent water, but it's more than that for me. I feel like I "know" water and it knows me. I've yet to put my best water photos on my site as they were getting stolen and I want to put some in galleries. Anyway I digress. I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed this poem. I also have always loved the photos with the feather floating that is on your site. Sooooo beautiful.

Thank you Robin, I am glad you enjoyed and could connect. I too grew up on the water, lived on the west end of a lake until I moved out here in 2005 and I definitely miss it especially in the summer time. I really like waterfalls too and you have some great photos of them on yours that I enjoyed.

Peace and love!
